Text:
EZMLI#NT#FNF#*I#SF25/SRPC-7 V-890

This entry will charge $25 service fee per name field.  If you want to charge a total service fee for the booking, enter:

EZMLI#NT#FNF#*I#SFT25/SRPC-7 V-890

BEFORE ISSUING YOUR SERVICE FEE:

Be sure to create your PNR with the information of the trip.  You can create just an info line by entering a TVL segment.  Enter HELP TVL in Worldspan to see the formats.

An example of a TVL entry would be:

TNZZMK1MIS20DEC/AN-YOUR TRAVEL COMPANY/FF1-SERVICE FEE FOR ONLINE AIR/FF2-BOOKED DIRECTLY WITH AIRLINE/CF-ABC123/IC-250.00

TN = Identifier for Travel Segment
ZZ = Vendor 2 letter code (Can be replaced with Airline Code)
MK = Identifier for Passive Segment
1    = Number of people in party
MIS = Miscellaneous Identifier (AIR = Air identifier)
AN   = Vendor name (Airline Name)
FF1 = Free Flow Information up to FF6
CF = Confirmation Number
IC = Item Cost
