American Airlines Requires Nonrefundable Endorsement on Tickets  - American Airlines (AA) requires agents to include “NONREF/CXL BY FLT TIME OR NOVALUE” in the endorsement box when issuing non-refundable tickets validated on AA. While the GDSs will include required endorsements with auto-priced tickets, agents are reminded to follow AA’s rules when manually issuing or re-issuing nonrefundable tickets.
