You to Claim BA Group PNRs

Overview
 Claim PNR can save an agency time and headaches by eliminating the need to create a passive PNR which, from time to time, may have resulted in problems associated with passive PNRs being out-of-sync with the airline owned PNR.

 

When an agency claims a PNR, they take control of the booking from the airline, enabling them to service their customer by:  issuing a ticket, requesting seats, adding in OSI/SSR messages, providing an invoice, etc.
