We would like to provide you with an update regarding our commission program and the booking process. Your agency is enrolled in our customizable commission program for retail bookings at one of our set commission levels. Currently, the program links your ARC/IATA/CLIA number automatically to the rate and commission structure you had selected, thereby eliminating the need to use a special customer or CD number.

 

We have made some enhancements to our system and going forward when booking Enterprise on the GDS system or through the phone, you will need to enter a CD number to receive one of our (4) four customized Rate and Commission Plans. However, this new enhancement to the system now lets you choose from all 4 plans on a booking by booking basis. Retail bookings not including one of these unique CD numbers will default to our standard commission level of 5%.

 

Here are the unique CD (/CD-) numbers that correspond to each plan.
